Check-out time: 12:00 pm Noon
Delayed check outs will be charged at a rate of NT$450/hr. Delays of more than 6 hours will be charged the full day room price.
To protect the rights of the booking guests, the room will be held until 5:00 pm of the same day if the deposit is not paid. If you will arrive late, please call the hotel in advance.
Items in the room that are damaged or lost must be compensated according to market price.
All rooms are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.
No smoking is allowed in Lailai Hotel. Smoking in rooms will result in a NTD 5000 cleaning fee.
No pets are allowed (except Guide Dogs).
Booking Cancellation and Change Policies：
Changes or cancellation of reservations will be subject to the following conditions
Pre-Paid Reservations
1. Notification 3 days prior to arrival: full amount will be refunded.
2. Notification 1 to 2 days prior to arrival: 50% will be refunded.
3. No refund will be issued for notification on the day of arrival.
